Voip teleophony - Anyone know Packet-8 or others?

With Broadvoice it's just as easy as Vonage. But at least you have the 
option to use your hardware with another provider if you decide to 
change your mind down the road. If you decide to leave Vonage you 
basically have a useless hunk of hardware.
