Is anybody getting good BitTorrent rates with Comcast?

Something like the WonderShaper helps with this.  It reserves a small 
portion of bandwidth for connection management traffic.  Even if it 
chops, say, 10% off the top, it makes up for it with improved 
efficiency, therefore higher throughput.
