The only PPPoE connection would be from the DLink to Verizon.
Everything else would be on your internal LAN and would not
make a direct connect to Verizon, but would go through the DLink's
NAT.

Just use YAST to obtain its configuration via DHCP and the SUSE box
should work.
You might have to reconfigure Apache, if you have the IP hardcoded in there.
Whether you still want to route Internet traffic to SUSE is unclear to
me. If so, you would
need to do some port forwarding on the DLink.
