Via's Unichrome Pro (graphics on their higher-end EPIA series)  
includes hardware mpeg2 decoding assistance for HDTV-sized frames...  
I seem to recall someone with an EPIA sporting a Via C3 and Unichrome  
Pro running ~30% busy playing back 1080i material...
