Not really, though you could coerce it to if you really wanted to.  RT
is somewhat extensible...  In a pinch it could be made to work.  I
just didn't know how much time/effort you were willing to put forth in
looking at new stuff.

Google yes, freshmeat isn't so bad.  Go to Freshmeat, search for RT,
click on the list of categories RT is tagged as that make sense, look
at the much smaller list of similar but different things that are
appropriate, find something that works, then ask here about it...

It's a quick way of finding something similar to what you have that
doesn't work, but different enough that it might do just what you're
looking for.
