Well, I was thinking most of the services you mentioned are kinda
needed all the time. Most networks fall apart without IP addresses or
name resolution. :)

There are lots of other SFF (small form factor) computers out there,
too. Look up the various ITX form factors. According to Wikipedia,
a"Pico-ITX" board is smaller than 4 x 3 inches.
