NEAR-Fest advanced tickets, last week

I know many fellow GNHLUGgers are ham radio fans or electronics
hobbyists. NEAR-Fest is the NorthEast Amateur Radio festival, held at
the Deerfield Fairgrounds in the spring and fall. The NEAR-Fest is
coming up on October 10 and 11 (Friday and Saturday) and advance tickets
for earliest admission are available by mail only for the next week. See

Take a look around the forums there; note that there are some new or
more highly-enforced policies on zero-alcohol tolerance and no open
flames rules due to fire hazards on the grounds.
