Virtual machine host provider recommendations

There might be another ISP that donates space or has a reduced rate for
Linux user groups.  If there is an option to pay to extend the decision
out, its probably worth it.

As a long time GNHLUG member, I've been saving up my dues :-)  I'd
certainly donate to the cause.
